Introduced during the recent MIPCOM, the latest series in the Digimon Universe: Appmonsters has launched in Japan on TV Tokyo. Targetting 4-10 y.o. boys, the action adventure series revolves around beings living in smartphone apps: Appli Monsters, AKA Appmons. The 26-minute episodes tell the novel buddy story of Haru, a young bookworm human boy, and the cute Gatchmon, the Search Appli Monster.
